With Star Wars Battlefront releasing almost a month away, intricacies about final aspects of the reinvigorated series are coming to the forefront.
The official EA Star War’s account took to Twitter to answer a concerned fan’s question about a “age 16” rating, as par to the PEGI rating system. EA’s response went as follows, as can be seen below: “Star Wars Battlefront is still rated ‘RP’ (Rating Pending) but we’re targeting a rating of ‘T’ for Teen.”

I don’t think Battlefront needs to be overtly violent. Star Wars as a whole has always been an age appropriate franchise that has diminished fans love. Just as long as you exclude the prequels from that surmise of course?!
